Impending is a software studio founded in 2011 by Phill Ryu and David Lanham.

We’re in the business of bottling the near future.

In 2011, Impending joined forces with friends Dan Counsell and Milen Dzhumerov to design Clear by Realmac Software, a remarkably simple and useful iPhone app for keeping track of lists and todos.
